Enjoy exclusive access to a cozy living room, ensuring a relaxing stay. While the suite offers complete privacy, we're available on the other side of the house if needed. Benefit from dedicated parking in the private loop of our shared driveway. Please note: No smoking inside. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for violations to maintain a fresh environment for all guests.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
